As a pharmacy risk management organization handling protected health information (PHI) on behalf of our clients and their plan participants, RxResults maintains a comprehensive HIPAA compliance program covering both Privacy and Security requirements under the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act.
Our program includes designated HIPAA Privacy and Security Officers, ongoing workforce training, annual risk assessments, documented policies and procedures, and Business Associate Agreements with all PHI-handling vendors.

Policies and procedures governing the use and disclosure of PHI, member rights, and notice of privacy practices.
Security Program
Administrative, physical, and technical safeguards protecting electronic PHI with annual risk assessments.
Workforce Training
All workforce members receive regular HIPAA training covering privacy, security, and breach notification obligations.

Executed Business Associate Agreements with all vendors who handle PHI on our behalf, with ongoing vendor risk management oversight.

Display of the AICPA SOC logo indicates that RxResults has undergone a SOC 2® examination; interested parties are encouraged to obtain and read the full report and independent auditor's opinion.
